Calendar & schedules
Two layers
- Schedules — your weekly periods and bell schedule. Link recurring periods to classes and reuse them across the week.
- Calendar — the day-by-day view that lays unit and lesson plans onto your schedule.
Daily prep
Each day, the dashboard shows tomorrow's lessons and a prep checklist auto-generated from materials, key questions, and resources across each lesson's sections. Items dedupe across the day.
Import a timetable
The schedule import takes a CSV (Day,Label,StartTime,EndTime,Class,Rotation) or an iCal .ics export from your school's timetable system. Weekly repeats become one slot per weekday, event titles matching a class name link themselves up, and times recorded in UTC are converted to your own time zone. Anything skipped — all-day entries, for instance — is listed with the reason.
Export
Export your calendar to .ics for Apple Calendar, Google, Outlook. URL-based subscription is also supported so updates flow through. Lessons land at the period times you actually teach: a slot entered as 08:00 shows as 08:00 in your calendar app rather than shifted by a time-zone offset.
Time zones
Today's date, the highlighted day on the month grid and the Today dashboard follow your own time zone, so planning late in the evening still shows the correct day.
