What we store

Your unit plans, lesson plans, resources, reflections, schedules, class profiles, and account info. Backups run daily and are encrypted at rest.

Student data

LessonToolkit is designed not to require individual student PII. Class profiles use roster composition (size, supports, languages), not student names or IDs. If you choose to type a student name into a reflection, that text stays inside your account.

AI providers

Prompts and your generated content are sent to the AI provider configured by your admin (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Moonshot, MiniMax, or DeepSeek). Provider data-handling policies apply. We do not allow providers to use your prompts for training when their API supports an opt-out.

Export & delete

Email privacy@lessontoolkit.com for a full data export or deletion request. We respond within 14 days.
