Why it matters

Reflections are the AI's eyes on what actually happened. Future lesson plans automatically draw on your three most recent reflections in the same unit, so over time the AI tunes to your room.

What to capture

  • Pacing (too slow / on / rushed).
  • Engagement (high / mixed / low).
  • What worked.
  • What you'd change next time.
  • Optional tags: misconception, time-management, missing-material.

30 seconds is fine. A line or two beats a perfectly-written paragraph that never gets written.
